If you are scheduled for mornings (9:00 -10:45):

You will be working with individuals or small groups of children. This may take place in the classroom, hallway or in the library. This is during our literacy block, so you will be doing fun games related to reading: with a group or one-on-one with a student.

 

If you are scheduled in the afternoons (11:50-12:50):

This will be our math time. One day per week we try to do fun centers, and have you lead one of the centers for that day.

 

I will try my best to make your time spent volunteering worth while. If for some reason you cannot make it the day that you are scheduled to volunteer, let me know as soon as possible.
