Mrs. Ritter 

Welcome to First Grade! My name is Mrs. Ritter, and I am very excited for this school year.  This will be my twelfth year teaching first grade at Bel Air.  I am VERY excited to be back! It will be a year filled with fun and learning!

 

When I am not in the classroom, I love to spend time with my family and friends. My husband’s name is David and we have two daughters; Reese, just turned 5 and Quinn who is 2.5 years old.  We live in St. Louis Park with our lovable dog, Kirby.

 

I enjoy being outside and experiencing the many different seasons Minnesota has to offer. You may find me on the slopes snowboarding in the winter and in the summer playing tennis or just rollerblading around the lakes. I am also a big yoga enthusiast! I will incorporate yoga into the classroom every once and a while. You will love it!

 

I truly LOVE teaching, especially first grade!  Six and seven year-olds bring so much joy to the classroom. It is my goal to make each of you feel connected in our classroom and school family.  I am looking forward to getting to know you all… students and parents. Expect to have a fantastic year at Bel Air!
